Bios

Steve Leuer and Jeff Norman — Owners

Steve and Jeff's strong work ethic and constant dedication to their client’s needs has helped to build DNI from its early roots in 1994 into the successful business it is today.

Steve is on job sites daily. He also meets with clients, provides estimates, and oversees equipment maintenance. During the growing season, Steve juggles his time between DNI and running Leuer Farm. He spends many summer evenings driving around in a tractor or combine.

Jeff sets the daily schedule, meets with clients, estimates jobs and maintains a constant presence on job sites. When he isn’t busy managing the business, you may find him riding around town in his Harley.

Jackie Leuer- Office, Garden Maintenance Service  

Jackie began working for DNI in a full time capacity in 2013.  She keeps us all organized by juggling phone calls, billing, ordering materials, and effectively "doing it all."  Jackie is an avid gardener and enjoys spending her free time watching her daughter play volleyball.

Sarah Notch- Designer, Garden Maintenance Service

Sarah joined our team in 2013 after completing her bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from NDSU. She assists on the garden maintenance crew as needed and spends the rest of her time working with clients and creating designs. Sarah is a newlywed who loves to go camping and trail riding on weekends.
